Renal Clinic at HealthPlus Diabetes & Endocrinology Center
At HealthPlus Diabetes & Endocrinology Center we offer a range of personalised therapy options tailored to your specific needs. From medication management to lifestyle modifications, we are committed to finding the best approach to manage your condition effectively. Through regular screenings and close monitoring, we can also detect early signs of kidney damage and implement strategies to slow down the progression of the disease.
In advanced stages of diabetic chronic kidney disease, we provide comprehensive care to ensure optimal quality of life. At our sister facility, Imperial College Diabetes & Endocrine Centre we provide haemodialysis services. If your kidney disease has progressed and if appropriate, we will guide you through the kidney transplant process with specialists at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi or other facilities in Abu Dhabi.
Besides medical care, we also prioritise education. Our experienced multi-disciplinary team of specialists will equip you with the necessary knowledge, resources, and guidance to help you make informed decisions regarding your treatment and lifestyle choices.
