Prescription Delivery Terms & Conditions:

• Requests after 6 pm will be processed the next day
• Original Emirates ID or photo ID of the Patient / Authorized Guardian must be presented to the driver upon delivery
• Original prescription must be signed and handed to the driver upon delivery
• Controlled medications are not eligible for home delivery services
• First time chronic prescriptions is only eligible for delivery from the first refill date
• Medications once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged
• Minimum Prescription amount is 25 AED
• Delivery fee of 10 AED will apply for any prescription less than 100 AED
• Payment / Patient Share (if any) to be collected at the time of delivery
